4 to 5 year experience Galerie Templon is looking for a Director for its Brussels space. The role involves working with artists to plan exhibitions and participating in all aspects of sales (offers, follow ups, client interaction and communications, invoicing, delivery of artworks, consignments, communication with sales team, secondary market…) Responsibilities: • Maintain existing client relationships: offers, invitations to openings, PR, private viewings • Develop sales: identification of potential targets (private collectors, institutions and museums) for each show, preparation of offers, follow up and sales • Post-sales: preparation of invoices and assist in all administrative aspects of follow up with clients • Develop secondary market opportunities • Contribute to the organization of shows: administrative coordination with artists and Paris team • Artists liaison for a group of Belgian and international artists Languages: * Dutch * English * French Profile: • 4-5 year experience in a contemporary art gallery or auction house • Excellent knowledge of contemporary art and the art market • Dynamic, great communications skills, ability to work independently
